We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.
1. Return Period
- Returns must be requested and sent back within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returns requested after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Items
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In their original condition and packaging, where applicable
- Free from any marks, stains, odours, or signs of use
Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted.
3. Return Courier Costs
- All return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers are required to arrange and pay for their own courier service to return the item to us.
- Luscious Lingerie will not be responsible for return shipping costs or parcels lost or damaged while being returned.
4. Return Address
Our return address will be provided to you via WhatsApp once your return request has been approved.

5. Inspection & Approval
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
Luscious Lingerie reserves the right to reject any returned item that does not meet our return requirements or is not in an acceptable condition.
6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected and everything is found to be in order, your refund will be processed.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, where possible.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been approved and all return requirements have been met.
